D.A.R.E.
Officer
Strout is the department's Certified DARE instructor.
Officer
Strout began teaching the 5th Graders of Craneville
Elementary and St. Agnes on January 26, 2006. The
classes are taught every Thursday for 10 weeks.
The
D.A.R.E. curriculum covers Drug and Violence Prevention.
In addition, Officer Strout covers Consequences of Drug
use, Problem solving, Dispute resolution, Stress, Peer
Pressure, Making Proper decision, and Taking a stand to
resist Drugs and Violence.
Officer
Strout also encourages students to talk to parents, teachers,
or other responsible adults if they have any problems.
Thank

continued support and assistance with the DARE program.
